LEKS Sports NG has entered a long-term strategic alliance with Landmark Africa Group to deliver Escola Park, a large-scale sports, lifestyle and education city valued at an estimated $50 million in gross development value (GDV).
The agreement, which runs for 25 years, brings together sports development expertise and institutional real estate capacity to create what both parties describe as a new benchmark for sports infrastructure in Nigeria.
The development will rise on a 22-acre site (over 90,000 square metres) in Ogun State, positioned along the fast-growing Lagos–Ibadan corridor. Conceived as a purpose-built and environmentally conscious destination, Escola Park will combine elite sporting facilities, residential accommodation and academic infrastructure within a single integrated ecosystem.

As part of the partnership structure, Landmark Africa Group will support both the development and long-term operations of the project, applying experience drawn from its real estate and hospitality portfolio valued at over $150 million. The collaboration is designed to ensure institutional standards, continuity and asset stability throughout the life of the project.
According to Leks Sports NG, the initiative marks a new chapter for the country’s sports landscape.

“Escola Park represents a shift toward institutional-grade sports infrastructure in Nigeria. Partnering with Landmark Africa Group allows us to deliver a multi-use destination built to international standards, positioning Nigeria as a credible hub for elite athlete development and sports-led education,” the company said.
Landmark Africa Group also described the project as a strategic fit with its broader vision for mixed-use urban ecosystems.
“This partnership reinforces our commitment to high-impact, future-facing developments. Escola Park is a compelling addition to the Lagos–Ibadan growth corridor, merging sports excellence with our proven model for developing world-class environments,” a company representative stated.
Legal advisers to Leks Sports NG, Aluko & Oyebode, highlighted the governance structure behind the arrangement. Partner at the firm, Mr Ayokunle Adetula, said the agreement provided the long-term stability required for infrastructure of this scale.
“This partnership sets a clear and credible framework for building world-class sports infrastructure in Nigeria, providing the governance and continuity needed to turn bold urban ambitions into sustainable national assets,” he noted.
Leks Sports NG is a sports talent development and infrastructure company focused on connecting elite athletic training with academic excellence.
