LEGEND Internet Plc has announced a delay in filing its unaudited financial statements for the second quarter (Q2) ended January 31, 2026.
In a notice to Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), the company said it was unable to meet the regulatory filing deadline of March 2, 2026.
The company attributed the delay to the need to complete final internal reviews and reconcile certain financial information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of its financial disclosures before submission to the exchange.
Legend Internet said it was working to conclude the outstanding processes and expects to file the 2026 Q2 unaudited financial statements on or before March 22, 2026.

The firm apologised to shareholders and the investing public for any inconvenience the delay may cause, adding that it remains committed to maintaining high standards of transparency and regulatory compliance. The notice, dated March 10, 2026, was signed by the company secretary, Erinma Onuoma.
