FIDELITY Bank Plc has announced a delay in the publication of its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, as well as its unaudited results for the first quarter (Q1) of 2026.
In a notice issued on Thursday and signed by Company Secretary, Ezinwa Unuigboje, the lender said it was unable to meet the regulatory filing deadlines set by Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), which require the submission of audited full-year results by March 31 and first-quarter earnings by April 30.

The bank explained that its 2025 audited financial statements have already been submitted to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for approval. It noted that the results will be published once the regulatory review process is completed, in line with applicable rules and regulations.
Fidelity Bank also disclosed that its insider trading window will remain closed until 24 hours after both the audited 2025 results and the Q1 2026 unaudited accounts are released to the Exchange and the investing public.
The lender said shareholders and other stakeholders can access updates via its investor relations portal, while enquiries can be directed to its dedicated investor communications channels.
